Do it!: 500 Smoothies and Juices

This fiber-rich smoothie will aid your digestion system, and aside from its health benefits, it tastes wonderful.
1 banana, peeled and quartered
5 prunes, pitted
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass or mug and serve immediately.
