My journey to live a bigger & bolder life!

Walk across hot coals. I did Firewalk Canada with my mom in 2009. An inspiring and motivational experience!

Exercise more. I joined the running room and plan to purchase a bicycle. I also do strength training exercises at home.

Become an organ donor. Such a simple thing (filling out a card) that could save somebody's life!http://organdonations.ca/help/organdonor/

Make soup from scratch. I made vegetable soup from scratch, and it was actually very good!

Be an extra in a movie. I was in the funeral scene of "Harry Knuckles and the Pearl Necklace". (Directed by Lee Demarbre)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0342510/

Put a dollar a day into a piggy bank. Slowly but surely saving!

Admit when I'm lying to myself. A very hard thing to do! It's necessary to have a constant reminder.

Make a point of keeping in touch with people I've met on my travels. That way you have friends (and a place to stay;)) all over the world!

Accept that my cat hates me. Sprinkles (R.I.P.) acted like he hated the affection that I gave him, but deep down I know that he loved it!

Flirt! It's fun, exciting, and healthy!

Be omnipotent. It means to have unlimited and/or universal power. I have unlimited power over the decisions that I make, and that's all I can ask for.

Compete in the eco challenge. Unfortunately this is impossible as it no longer exists.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eco-Challenge

Don't waste time on self doubt. Always believe in myself!

Experience pleasure or joy at least once every day. I am very grateful when experiencing this.

Grow a mustache. This is impossible for me, but I do know some women whom it may not be impossible for!

Be the protagonist of my life. Always remember that I'm the main character in my life!

Be a leader, not a follower. Do it my way!
http://www.ehow.com/how_4721256_be-leader-not-follower.html

Record my dreams. I am doing this in a dream journal as to get an overall view of the dreamscape of my mind.

Visit an art gallery. The last gallery that I visited was Wall Space with my mom!

Read the fine print.

Learn double dutch. I learned this years ago, and still love it!

Find a hot emo guy. This is apparent in the media, but lacking in the Ottawa region. I challenge all hot emo guys to prove me wrong!

Have a kick-ass body that stops traffic. I'm exercising regularly and eating the best that I can, so I'm constantly working on it!

Stop daydreaming and seek my fortune. I will always daydream, but I'm also putting some effort into reaching my goals.

Live. I am living my life to the fullest!

Watch a hummingbird. My mom and I accomplished this in Cuba!

Be independent in my relationships instead of codependent.

Split my big goals into tiny easy-to-achieve tasks.

Show up. In other words, stick to my commitments.

Play fetch with my cat. I used to do this all the time with my late Sprinkles. :)

Stop binge eating. I used to binge eat unhealthy foods on Fridays, but I now stick to the view "everything in moderation."

Invent my own sandwich. A grilled cheese with bacon and jalapeno peppers. Afterwards, insert plain chips into the sandwich. Yum!

Learn to dance to the beat. I was born with this ability (or at least learned it very young)!

Thank everyone. Always show gratitude for that which I appreciate.

Communicate without words. I do this all the time!

Play dress-up. As a child, I definitely did this!

Kiss people on both cheeks. I feel so fancy!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheek_kissing

Listen to a new piece of classical music every day.

Shed nonessentials. As I'm the opposite of a hoarder, this is not a problem!

Permit myself to like a piece of art without knowing why. I do this all the time!

Learn to spell hors d'oeuvres. Of course I know how to do this as I threw a champagne & hors d'oeuvres engagement party!

Develop a habit of organization. Do what I need to do NOW!

Put down the toilet seat. I'll be sure the men in my life always do this!

Love without complications galore.

Rethink first impressions.

Yearn. Everyone should, at some point, have a longing for someone or something and be filled with compassion.

Bake a rhubarb pie from scratch. Mine was a bit tangy, but perfect with some ice cream!

Savour the spotlight.

Overcome my prejudices. I don't feel I have any as I have a completely open mind.
http://www.guruhabits.com/prejudice.html

Eliminate salt. I am always conciously trying to reduce my salt intake.
http://www.wikihow.com/Follow-a-Low-Sodium-Diet

Eat less fat. I eat less food with lots of fat and more foods with less fat, as well as buying leaner cuts of meat when grocery shopping.

Earn the respect of my colleagues.
http://www.articlesbase.com/careers-articles/how-to-earn-respect-from-your-colleagues-496942.html
